Day 01: Hanoi arrival - Discover (-)
Arrive at Noi Bai airport, welcomed by our local guide and transferred to hotel. visit the Vietnam’s first university, the thousand year old Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son temple and enjoy a wonderful rickshaw in the Old Quarter of Hanoi to explore the very busy part of Hanoi. Then attend the unique water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 02: Hanoi - Halong - Overnight on the junk (B.L.D)
After breakfast at hotel. Visit today Vietnam’s capital, including Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum, traditional stilt house, the revered One Pillar Pagoda. Then, depart for Ha Long bay via Red River Delta.
12h00 – 12h30 : Embark on the traditional wooden junk followed by a short cruise briefing.
13h00 – 15h30 : Savor a delectable lunch as cruises among the limestone islands.
15h30 – 16h30 : Kayak among the hidden areas of the bay, around the Bo Nau Cave area. Back to the junk
16h30 – 17h30 : Cruising to Soi Sim island. Go swimming and relaxing at the beach of Soi Sim or climb up to the top of the island for a panorama view of Halong Bay.
17h30 : Cruise back to the main boat for a shower. Relax or snap photos as the sun starts to set.
19h00 : Dinner is served. Socialize with other guests, fish for squid, or just laze around. Overnight on board.
Day 03: Halong – Cooking demonstration - Hanoi – Lao Cai (B.L)
06h30 - 07h00 : Start your day with Tai Chi exercises or a photo hunt.
07h30 - 08h30 : Have breakfast at sunrise.
08h30 - 09h30 : Explore the amazing Sung Sot Cave - the nicest cave in Halong Bay.
09h30 : Return to the boat. Freshen up and check out of your cabin.
09h30 - 10h30 : Continue your cruise exploring the Bay, passing Ba Hang fishing village, Dog Islet, and more.
10h30 – 11h30 : While heading back to the habor, watch the cooking demonstration before enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
12h00 – 12h30 : Disembark and back to Hanoi. Then transfer to Hanoi Railway station for the night train to Lao Cai. You will overnight on the train with 4 – soft - sleeper cabins.
Day 04: Lao Cai – Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa (B.L)
Arrival Lao Cai station in the early morning, drive up to Sapa (45 minutes) on a road which offers a beautiful view. Check in the hotel and have breakfast, free at leisure to discover Sapa. You will have lunch at local restaurant and then trek down to the valley of Sapa, crossing rice-field until Lao Chai and Ta Van hill tribe’s villages to discover their daily life. Return to Sapa. Stay overnight at hotel in Sapa.
Day 05: Sapa – Bac Ha – Hanoi (B.L)
After breakfast at hotel. Depart in the early morning for Bac Ha market, the most colorful market in Northwest of Vietnam where you can meet different ethnic minorities, the place that people attend not only for trading but for rice-wine drinking, social communication, meeting, friend making. Lunch at a local restaurant and trek down to some villages of flower Hmong, Tays and Phu La people….Return to Lao Cai for the night train back to Hanoi. Overnight on the train.
Day 06: Hanoi arrival - Hue - Discover (B.L)
Arrive in Hanoi in early morning and transfer to hotel for breakfast and for a shower. Then, transfert to Noi Bai airport for the flight to Hue. Arrive in Hue, welcomed by our guide and transferred to hotel. Then, a boat cruise upstream the Perfume River to visit the famous Thien Mu Pagoda, then visit the complex King's tombs Khai Dinh and Tu Duc Emperor located in lush vegetation, the tomb combines majesty with oriental charm. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon visit the Imperial city and the Dong Ba Market, the biggest market in Hue. Dinner on your own and overnight in Hue
Day 07: Hue - Da Nang - Hoian (B.L)
After breakfast at hotel. Depart to Hoian by the well-known and stunning Mandarin Road. Stop on the Ocean Cloud Pass and at Lang Co beach for a panoramic view over Danang and the surrounding areas and taking some pictures and visit the Cham Museum. Lunch at local restaurant. Continue to Hoian recognized by UNESCO as being World Cultural Heritage in 1999. Hoian used to serve as an active port of trade with the Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese and Chinese people during the 17th and 18th centuries. Dinner on your own and overnight in Hoian.
Day 08: Hoi An - Da Nang - Can Tho (B.L)
After breakfast in hotel, visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, Chinese temple and the Tan Ky ancient house. Lunch at local restaurant. Then, transfer to Danang airport for the short flight to Can Tho. Welcomed and transferred to visit Can Tho city, capital of Mekong Delta, specially Binh Thuy colonial house, Ninh Kieu pier, Ong pagoda and Can Tho market. Overnight in Can Tho.
Day 09: Cai Rang floating market - My Tho - Saigon (B.L)
After breakfast at your hotel. Take the boat trip to Cai Rang floating market, the most unique market in Vietnam, see people with goods and food sales from boat to boat. Then, depart to My Tho town in Tien Giang Province, one of 11 provinces in the Mekong Delta. Arrive at 11h00, You will take a boat trip on Mekong River to visit farmer's house and garden. Lunch on Phoenix Island. Visit bee-raising farm, coconut-candy enterprise and then back to My Tho pier and depart to Ho Chi Minh City. Dinner at your own and overnight in Ho Chi Minh (Saigon).
Day 10: Discover Saigon - Departure (B.L)
After breakfast at your hotel. Free at leisure in tho morning and 13h30, our guide and our drive will take you to visit China Town, locally known as Cho Lon, Thien Hau Temple, the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office, which is in Romanesque art and French- style and a former Presidential Palace until transfer direct to Tan San Nhat airport for the departure.
